1.       It takes a lot of active effort to build up passive income at very beginning. It takes active effort to learn the knowledge, to accumulate the experience and eventually to create the system. It worth coz it maximize the active effort down the road

 

2.       It takes a lot of active maintenance: customer service and attract traffic

3.       It takes huge patience and time: it is like big size marathon. It takes 3 years or more

4.       It takes a brand. It means you need to build up your own niche market and customer base

5.       It takes adaptation. Technology changes so quickly and so does business model.

 

But passive income is great and do give you certain degree of freedom. However, don’t put off active income. Create the passive income while you still have full time job. Work at night time. You won’t suffer huge financial pressure
