Women in the areas of science, technology, engineering, law, politics and maths are earning less than equally qualified men. It’s quite common across the world.
Take US for example, women earn 79 cents in the dollar compared to men. Women of colour… well… it’s far worse.
They only earn 54 cents in the dollar compared to men. No wonder the ambitious women in your life are getting disheartened. That’s why I applaud female stock investors and traders. To me, the stock markets are the best equal opportunity in the world.
The markets don’t give it a shit whether you’re male or female… whether you’re black or white… whether you’re of a particular religious persuasion or not, whether you are native English speaker or not… your profit is entirely up to us.
Investing levels the playing field. The way to get even is to invest or trade effectively. There is no glass ceiling. It’s a 100% performance-based system, where those with the education, skills, and experiences will excel.
